Armadillo eggs not really (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Place the olives in a bowl.
  2. In a lidded jar, put remaining ingredients and shake.
  3. Pour the marinade over the olives.
  4. Let the mixture marinate for at least 2 days (longer, if you can), stirring occasionally.
  5. These olives get better with age, and please, let set at room temperature at least one hour before serving.
