Bacon cheddar deviled eggs (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Boil and peel eggs.
  2. Cook bacon until evenly brown. Crumble and set aside.
  3. Cut eggs in half length-wise. Remove yolks to a small bowl. Mash egg yolks with mayo, bacon, and cheese.
  4. Stir in mustard. Add sour cream as needed to smooth mixture. Put mixture in a plastic bag, cut off corner, and pipe into egg white halves. Refrigerate until serving.
