Apple and prosciutto bruschetta (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Preheat grill to high heat.
  2. Place bread on baking tray.
  3. Drain feta, reserve oil.
  4. Brush both sides of bread with reserved oil.
  5. Grill bread for 1 minute each side or till golden.
  6. Rub cut side of garlic over i side of bread.
  7. Crumble feta in bowl, add parsley, combine well.
  8. Spread feta over garlic side of bread.
  9. Top with prosciutto and apple.
  10. Whisk together oil and vinegar, drizzle over bruschetta.
  11. Season to taste.
