Recipe instructions
- Wrap 1/2 rasher of the bacon around each frankurt, and secure it with a toothpick.
- Place the bacon-wrapped little boys in the microwave, cover with a paper towel and cook for 3-4 minutes, or for the appropriate time, depending on the heat level of your microwave. As always with microwaved food, cook a little at a time, and move the little boys around in the course of the cooking from the outer to middle areas etc.
- Remove the toothpicks, garnish the bacon-wrapped little boys with sprigs of parsley and serve them in hot-dog rolls, as appetisers or with a potato salad
