Baked salmon with tomatoes, spinach and mushrooms (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Place salmon fillets, skin sides down in a baking dish which has been sprayed with a non stick cooking spray (Pam or similar).
  2. Mix remaining ingredients until well blended, then spoon over the salmon.
  3. Bakeat 375 degrees F for 20- 25 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
