Beef and asparagus stir-fry (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Combine all sauce ingredients in small bowl.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Melt butter in wok or 12-inch nonstick skillet; add beef.
  4. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is browned (6 to 8 minutes).
  5. Add sauce, asparagus and vegetables.
  6. Cover; continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until mixture thickens and vegetables are heated through (6 to 8 minutes).
  7. Serve with hot cooked rice, if desired.
