Cheesy broccoli baked chicken (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Prepare rice mix according to package directions.
- I use Lipton's brand.
- While rice is cooking, pan-saute chicken breasts in the butter until golden brown.
- Remove the chicken breasts from the skillet and add the chardonnay to the skillet.
- Stir and whisk up the bits from the bottom of the pan for approximately 2-3 minutes.
- Pour the rice mix into a large casserole dish and place the chicken breasts on top of the rice. Pour the wine mixture from the skillet over the chicken breasts.

Top with the shredded cheese and bakeat 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
