Bottom of the bag crock-pot chicken (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Put chicken breast in crock pot.
  2. Saltl and pepper.
  3. Sprinkle cayenne pepper over chicken.
  4. Sprinkle chili powder over chicken.
  5. Pour cream of chicken soup evenly over chicken.
  6. Pour salsa evenly over chicken.
  7. Cook on LOW in crock pot for 5 hours (times may vary).
  8. Twenty minutes before chicken is done, make the Rice-a-Roni.
  9. Make a bed of rice on plate.
  10. Put chicken on top then add sauce.
  11. Crumble Doritos on top (the more the better).
