- Cut the Turkey breast fillet across the fibers 2 centimeters thick, trim all the excess to get clean pieces of meat.
- Chop the black pepper into steaks and RUB it into the meat with your hands.
- Pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil into a preheated pan and add the butter, fry for 5-7 minutes on each side until a crust forms.
