Recipe instructions
- Sprinkle chicken with Creole Seasoning. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 2 to 3 minutes per side or until chicken is cooked through. Remove from skillet; keep warm.
- Stir water, Rice Mix, cranberries, celery and onion into skillet. Bring to boil. Place chicken over rice mixture. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 20 minutes or until most of the water is absorbed and rice is tender.
- Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
