- Butter a terrine and make a layer of polenta on the bottom. cover this with a layer of bechamel, some crumbled gorgonzola and some chopped pancetta.
- Keep on layering, ending up with bacon pieces on top. Add the Grana Padano, chopped sage leaf and pepper on top and bakeat 180 degrees C for 10-15 minutes.
- I grill it for a few more minutes because I like it rather browned.
