Recipe instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Heat medium frying pan over medium heat. Add spinach and garlic and let wilt in pan, stirring occasionally.
- Place colander in sink, add cooked spinach, and press out any excess liquid. Set aside.
- Shape and stretch dough into 12\ circle.
- Sprinkle counter with cornmeal. Place circle of dough on top and press down lightly and transfer to pizza pan.
- Spread tapenade evenly over pizza crust.
- Evenly divide cooked spinach over top. Sprinkle with olives (if using), feta cheese and green onions.
