Way too easy char siu chicken wings (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about zero per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Pre heat oven to 400F (about 220C).
  2. Microwave Char Siu and water (or heat on stove) and stir to combine.
  3. Wash and pat dry wings.
  4. Place wings in a big bowl or zip-lock bag.
  5. Pour the Char Siu/water mix over.
  6. Marinate for at least an hour.
  7. Place wings on lined cookie sheet.
  8. Pour half the marinade over the wings.
  9. Bakefor 12 or so minutes.
  10. Turn wings over and pour on remaining marinade.
  11. Lower oven temp to 350 8F.
  12. Bake15 minutes more until golden brown.
  13. Place on serving platter and scatter with the sesame seeds
