Bacon and artichoke appetizers (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of 0-1 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 8F
  2. Drain artichoke hearts.
  3. Wrap half a piece of raw bacon around each artichoke heart. Skewer with toothpick to hold together. Place on baking sheet, I recommend using parchment paper for easy clean up.
  4. Bakeat 375 for 20-25 min, until bacon is cooked through.
  5. Top with mozzarella cheese and bakeanother 5 minutes until cheese is melted and just starting to brown.
  6. Let cool and enjoy!.
