Bbq bacon-wrapped shrimp (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of 0-1 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
  2. Precook your bacon a LITTLE (do not make it crunchy).
  3. Wrap shrimp with 1/2 slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick.
  4. Sprinkle HEAVILY with bbq seasoning on both sides.
  5. Let sit at least 15 minutes.
  6. Line a jelly roll pan with extra heavy duty foil, and place baking rack in pan.
  7. Place the shrimp on the rack Bakefor 15 minutes.
  8. Enjoy!.
