Apple cider glazed pork loin roast (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Combine cider, vinegar, half of the garlic, half of the rosemary, and half of the mustard in a sauce pan.
- When glaze starts to boil, start preheating the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Saltl and pepper roast and then place in greased roasting pan.
- Roast pork for 30 minutes as the sauce reduces. If your glaze reduces quickly, turn heat to low to keep it warm.
- At the 25 minute mark, add the rest of the garlic and rosemary, as well as the onion to the sauce. Continue to reduce (if needed) otherwise, continue keeping the glaze warm.
- Spoon the warm glaze over the roast and continue to roast for 15 minutes.
- Allow roast to sit for 5 minutes before carving.
- Serve with pan juices.
