Asian inspired pork tenderloin (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Heat oil in skillet and add garlic.
  2. Once oil is hot add loins.
  3. After loins lose raw coloring add half of the soy sauce and reduce heat.
  4. Gradually add soy sauce while turning loins.
  5. When meat is 145 degrees it is done ( about 15 minutes).
