Asian inspired pork tenderloin (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Heat oil in skillet and add garlic.
- Once oil is hot add loins.
- After loins lose raw coloring add half of the soy sauce and reduce heat.
- Gradually add soy sauce while turning loins.
- When meat is 145 degrees it is done ( about 15 minutes).
