Egg-tar-tar toast (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of 0-1 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Heat oil on pan.
- Beat egg or if you are feeling lazy like me, break an egg over a pan and scramble it with a spatula, confining it to a small area.
- Add 1 tsp of tartar sauce and garlic powder to the pan and mix briskly (i prefer my egg slightly runny) before sliding the omelet over the toast.
- Add a dash of pepper to taste. Add a sprinkle of salt to taste if you so prefer, but it's actually not necessary.
- Ta-dah!.
