Gnocchi with za'atar (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Cook gnocchi per package directions. Drain.
- While it is cooking place the garlic in a skillet with just a little bit of water and cook over medium heat for a couple of minutes. When the water is mostly gone add the olive oil and zaatar spice. Cook till heated through, about another minute. Turn up the heat to medium high and add the gnocchi to the pan, toss through the oil and allow to brown. This should take 3 minutes. Toss in the Parmesan cheese and stir to coat.
