Hot cheese crackers (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Cream together the margarine and the grated cheese.
  2. Add all other ingredients.
  3. Roll dough into log form, wrap well in waxed paper or plastic wrap, and refrigerate until firm.
  4. Preheat oven to 375. Spray baking sheet lightly with cooking spray.
  5. Slice thin (less than 1/4\), place on baking sheet and bakefor 15 minutes. Note: if dough crumbles a bit when you slice it, simply press the pieces back together. These are not \cookie cutter\ crackers.
  6. Remove carefully with spatula, and allow to cool completely on wire rack
