Recipe instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Fry and drain bacon. Chop into small bits.
- With gloves, cut jalapenos lengthwise and de-seed.
- In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, mayo, bacon, cheddar, and spices. Mix well until a smooth consistancy.
- Fill jalapeno halves with cream cheese mixture and place on a cookie sheet. Bakefor 30-40 minutes.
