Kielbasa and linguine (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Chop the kielbasa into small pieces. I like to cut slices about 1/2 inch thick then cut each slice into 4 pieces.
- Fry the kielbasa in the cooking oil for at least 5 minutes.
- Add the cream of mushroom soup and the spices. Bring to a boil then simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
- Serve over noodles or rice prepared per package instructions.
