- Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 350 8F Remove polenta from package and slice about 1/4\ thick. Heat oil in heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add polenta slices for about 2-4 minutes per side until crisp and light brown. Remove to paper towel to drain.
- Make sandwiches with polenta, tomato slices, Brie slices, and basil leaves. Secure with wooden toothpicks. Place on baking sheet and bakeat 350 8F for 7-8 minutes until cheese melts and sandwiches are hot.
