Recipe instructions

  1. Preparation:
  2. Preheat oven to 350 8F Remove polenta from package and slice about 1/4\ thick. Heat oil in heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add polenta slices for about 2-4 minutes per side until crisp and light brown. Remove to paper towel to drain.
  3. Make sandwiches with polenta, tomato slices, Brie slices, and basil leaves. Secure with wooden toothpicks. Place on baking sheet and bakeat 350 8F for 7-8 minutes until cheese melts and sandwiches are hot.
