No-peek chicken (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix rice, soups, water, and wine in large bowl.
  3. Pour mixture into greased 13 x 9 glass baking dish.
  4. Place chicken on top of rice mixture.
  5. Sprinkle onion soup on top of chicken. Sprinkle Old Bay, salt, and pepper to taste.
  6. Cover dish with tin foil.
  7. Bakecovered for 60 minutes.
  8. To get crispier chicken, bakecovered for 45 minutes, uncover and bakefor 15 minutes, then broil on LOW for 2 minutes.
