Omelet with belgian endives and shrimps (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add pepper and a little bit of salt.
  2. Chop the endives.
  3. Heat the pan. Melt the butter and fry the endives, season with pepper and little salt.
  4. Pour the eggs on the endives and bakeon low heat. Make sure not to overcook them.
  5. Sprinkle the shrimps and the chives on top at the very last moment.
  6. Serve and enjoy!.
