Cabbage and mince kebabs (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Stir-fry the onions in a wok in oil.
  2. Stir in ginger garlic paste, chilli and turmeric powders and salt.
  3. Add mince and cook until oil leaves the sides of the wok.
  4. Add some water if necessary.
  5. Fold in the garam masala powder and cook till it dries.
  6. Coat the inside of a baking tray with softened ghee.
  7. Keep aside.
  8. Now beat eggs in a bowl until light and fluffy, one at a time.
  9. Add a little salt and beat until nice and fluffy.
  10. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the shredded cabbage.
  11. Now, carefully pour a thin layer of beaten eggs in the greased tray.
  12. Arrange the mince over the egg layer.
  13. Cover the mince layer with cabbage and then pour the remaining egg mixture on the cabbage layer.
  14. Bakefor 15-20 minutes in the oven.
  15. Cut into shapes you like and sprinkle with corriander leaves.
  16. Serve hot with garlic sauce.
  17. Enjoy!.
