Cheesy shrimp dip (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 8F.
  2. In a medium skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add red bell pepper, and cook 3 minutes.
  4. Stir in shrimp and green onion; cook 3 to 4 minutes, or until shrimp are firm and pink.
  5. Stir in sour cream, cheeses, and mayonnaise.
  6. Spoon mixture into a 2-quart baking dish.
  7. Bake30 to 35 minutes, or until lightly browned and bubbly.
  8. Serve with assorted crackers.
