Cook in crockpot on low for 8 hours. Leave meat in crockpot and tear apart. It will soak up most of the juices. Meat will be so tender you can tear it apart with a fork. Serve over rice or on hamburger buns. You can add BBQ sauce but really don't need to because it is so favorful
