Curried shrimp salad appetizer (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. heat a sprayed large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. add onion, saute until soft (4 minutes).
  3. add ginger and curry; saute 1 minute.
  4. add shrimp; stir to incorporate.
  5. kill the heat and remove from heat source.
  6. stir in cilantro and season with black pepper.
  7. Arrange salad greens on salad plates.
  8. divide shrimp mixture between 5.
  9. sprinkle bell pepper around for garnish.
  10. Savor the flavor.
