Delicious homemade blue cheeseburgers (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Lightly crumble the beef in a big bowl. Add remaining ingredients, sprinkling evenly (or close to) across top of beef.
  2. Gently mix/toss all ingredients together by hand, being careful not to squish the meat.
  3. Form into 12 patties and grill for 10-15 minutes, flipping once.
