Different but delicious grilled cheese (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about zero per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Put mayo on one side of the bread and place in skillet on low to med-low temperature Add slices of cheese (I usually use two), slice of tomato, green onion (I use about 1 tbsp per sandwich).
  2. Put sour cream on second slice of bread and place sour cream side down on top sandwich. Add mayo to the outside of the top slice of bread.
  3. Press sandwich with spatula, helps to \seal\ everything inches.
  4. Brown both sides, cook slowly so cheese melts.
  5. ENJOY!.
