Grilled tofu cutlets (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Slice tofu into square pieces (not too thick).
  2. Combine all other ingredients.
  3. Place tofu in marinade and refrigerate for 2 hours (if you are pressed for time, it is not a big deal to cut down on marinating time, the flavour will just be less intense).
  4. Pre-heat grill.
  5. Grill for about 10 min on each side, or until cutlets are a little bit crispy but not completely dried out.
  6. I usually serve this with rice and salad.
