Herbed goat cheese pork chops (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of 0-1 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- set over to high broil 500 degrees.
- rub the chopped garlic on both sides of the uncooked pork chop.
- combine remaining spices in a small dish to make a spice rub.
- rub the pork chops with the spices.
- place spiced chops on a broiler pan.
- put pan in oven.
- let cook about 5 minutes one side.
- turn.
- cook on other side about 5 more minutes.
- when pork chop is about done spread the goat cheese on top of the chop and return to the over.
- watch very carefully as the cheese can burn.

remove from oven when the cheese is lightly browned.
