Lady mom's pork loin (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Mix together in a small bowl: garlic, lemon, mustard, soya sauce, water, beef granules, bay leaves, thyme, fennel and green onion. Pepper to your liking.
- Lay Pork Loin in a lightly greased crock pot. Pour mixture over top of tenderloin and lay the sliced onion over-top.
- Cook until no longer pink in middle, turning once (about 3 hours approximately on Low).
