Ooh - la - la lasagna (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F degrees.
  2. Cook turkey (chicken) in a large frying pan until no longer pink.
  3. Remove to a dish using a slotted spoon.
  4. Add spinach to the pan and cook until just wilted.
  5. Remove to another dish.
  6. Add butter to pan and brown mushrooms.
  7. Remove to a separate dish.
  8. Return turkey (chicken) to the pan and add gravy, water and poultry seasoning.
  9. Stir to combine Spread a thin layer of gravy over the bottom of a lasagna pan.
  10. Top with 4 noodles.
  11. Cover with spinach, 1 cup cheese and more gravy.
  12. Add 4 more noodles, top with mushrooms, 1 cup of cheese, and gravy.
  13. Add the remaining 4 noodles, the rest of the gravy, top with the last cup of cheese.
  14. Cover with foil and bake45 minutes.
  15. Remove foil and bakeanother 15 minutes.
  16. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
