Quick chicken for one (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Cut up chicken into bite size pieces.
  2. Fry in olive oil for 5 minutes or until almost cooked through.
  3. Add chicken broth, bring to a boil, turn down to med and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Add all vegetables and Ms Dash, cover and continue cooking for 10 minutes or until vegetables start to soften up.
  5. When it's done, I remove from pan all but the broth then thicken it up with a bit of cornstarch mixed with cold water.
