The classic zelda burger (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Preheat grill for medium-high heat.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine meat, sauce, salt, pepper and herbs until well mixed.
  3. Split mixture into four equal portions.
  4. Shape into patties.
  5. Place patties on lightly oiled grill grate and cook for 8-10 minutes on each side to the degree of doneness that you desire.
  6. Remove from heat and serve on buns.
