Recipe instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350-degrees F.
  2. Spray a 2-quart baking dish with Pam.
  3. Cook noodles according to package directions, drain.
  4. Spray a skillet with Pam.
  5. Over medium high heat cook next 3 ingredients (mushrooms - onion) for 5 minutes, stirring.
  6. Add beef and cook until browned.
  7. Add pasta sauce, soup,1/2 cup cheddar, and the cooked noodles.
  8. Spoon mixture into prepared dish.
  9. Bakefor 40 minutes or until hot; top with remaining cheddar and the remaining ingredients (pepperoni - Parmesan) and bake5 minutes longer
