Baked tilapia and fresh spinach (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Spray your baking dish with cooking spray and add spinach.
  2. Sprinkle spinach with onion salt and pepper.
  3. Add soy sauce.
  4. Rub old bay over the tilapia.
  5. Arrange the filets over spinach and sprinkle with chopped tomato and onions.
  6. Cover the baking dish with foil and bakeat 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until the fish becomes flaky.
  7. You can substitute onion salt with onion powder if you want less sodium and they sell a sodium free soy sauce also which is what I used for this
