Lemon soy pork tenderloin (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- In a zip-top plastic bag, combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, lemon juice, pepper and oil. Add pork, and turn to coat evenly. Squeeze out as much air as possible, seal, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (no more than 4 hours).
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Place marinated pork in a roasting pan, and bakein preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until meat thermometer reads 160 degrees F, basting meat often with marinade.
