Lemony tuna patties (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup cracker crumbs; mix well.
- Shape into 12 patties.
- Coat with cracker crumbs.
- Brown on both sides in margarine in a large skillet at medium heat.
- Serve with tater sauce or lemon.
- May heat in the microwave on high for 3 - 5 minutes.
