Recipe instructions

  1. Grease baking pan.
  2. Layer fish with onions and sliced tomatoes.
  3. Spread sauce over top of fish (cover thoroughly).
  4. Cover with foil.
  5. Bake1/2 hour or so at 350 (until the contents simmer).
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella on top.
  7. Broil until cheese melts.
