Broiled salmon with basil sauce convection-microwave (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Combine oil, garlic, white wine and lemon juice in blender.
- Add basil, Parmesan and mustard. Blend until smooth.
- Preheat oven for broiling.
- Put one-fourth of basil sauce in bottom of 9-inch oven-safe dish.
- Arrange steaks on sauce and pour remaining sauce over tops of steaks.
- Sprinkle with cayenne pepper.
- Place dish on broiling trivet and broil in preheated oven for 20-24 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
