Almond halibut fillets you can also use sole or perch (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 1-2 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the butter and almonds.
  2. Heat, uncovered, on high for 2 minutes, or until almonds are golden brown.
  3. Place fillets in a greased microwave-safe 11-in x 7-in x 2-in dish.
  4. Top with almond mixture.
  5. Combine the lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper; drizzle over fish.
  6. Sprinkle with paprika.
  7. Cover and microwave on high for 4 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
