Honey bbq ribs (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about zero per serving.
Recipe instructions
- 1. Take your ribs and wash them in cold water to get the bone flakes off.
- 2. Then in a 8x8 dish put enough lemon pepper to cover the entire bottom of the dish about 1 cm, continue with chili powder cover all of the lemon pepper, continue with the Montreal steak seasoning, then pore just enough garlic salt into the cap to cover a half of it and pore that in as well.
- 3. Then put in 4 drops of soy sauce because this is very salty stuff, now pore 20-25 drops of Worcestershire sauce in the pan as well.
- 4. Then Put 1/4 a cup of water inches Mix well.
- 5. Take your ribs and slather them in the wet sauce and put in a 13x13 flat baking pan. Do this to all ribs until the pan is full.
- 6. Next take the left over sauce you dipped your ribs in and add another batch of dry ingredients inches Put enough lemon pepper to cover the entire bottom of the dish about 1 cm, continue with chili powder cover all of the lemon pepper, continue with the Montreal steak seasoning, then pore just enough garlic salt into the cap to cover a half of it and pore that in as well.
- 7. Then put in 4 drops of soy sauce because this is very salty stuff, now pore 20-25 drops of Worcestershire sauce in the pan as well. Then Put 1/4 a cup of water inches Mix well.
- 8. Add a whole bottle of honey bbq sauce to the mixture, mix well and pour over the ribs.
- 9. Cover with foil.
- 10. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- 11. pop them into the oven for an hour to an hour and a half, the longer they cook the more tender they'll be.
