Oven-fried pork chops (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of 0-1 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Place butter in a 13x9 pan; heat in a 425 oven about 3 minutes or until butter melts.
- In a shallow dish, beat egg with a fork; stir in milk.
- Place dry stuffing mix in another shallow dish.
- Dip pork chops into egg mixture. Coat both sides with stuffing mix.
- Place chops in the baking pan with the butter. Bakefor 20-25 min or until tender (160 degrees) and juices run clear, turning once.
- Serve with applesauce.
