3 meat breakfast pizza (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 3-5 per serving.

Recipe instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 8F.
  2. In saucepan add water and milk.
  3. Whisk in gravy mix, and bring to a boil.
  4. Simmer 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly til thick.
  5. Cool slightly.
  6. In large skillet, melt margarine.
  7. Beat eggs with milk and add to skillet.
  8. Scramble eggs in skillet until set and in small chunks.
  9. Place crust on pizza stone or cookie sheet.
  10. Spread gravy evenly over the top.
  11. Sprinkle meats over gravy.
  12. Sprinkle eggs over meats.
  13. Saltl and pepper to taste.
  14. Sprinkle cheese over eggs evenly.
  15. Bakeat 400 8F for 10-15 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted and browning.
  16. Cool slightly and cut into wedges.
