Basic scrambled tofu (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about 4-5 per serving.
Recipe instructions
- - Saute garlic in olive oil for 1 minute.
- - Break apart tofu and saute for about 10 minutes, stirring often. The tofu should brown on at least one side. Add water if tofu gets too dry.
- - Add spice blind and mix to incorporate.
- - Add nutritional yeast and black pepper to taste. Cook for about 5 more minutes.
