slice top off tomatoes, Cut a little off the bottom so it will sit flat. scoop out the tomatoes and leave some pulp. in bowl whip eggs and other ingredients. Pour mixture into tomato. Set in a pan that you have and grease with bacon grease.Cook at 375 for app 25 minutes or till the eggs are how you like them, Serve.Recipe can be doubled or tripled. Tomatoes should be of medium size. You can use a meat other than bacon
