Bacon and egg dips (recipe) is a keto friendly food item with net carbohydrates of about zero per serving.
Recipe instructions
- Cut crusts of slices of bread.
- Cut back bacon into long strips.
- Wrap strips of bacon around breadcrusts.
- Arrange on baking plate and sprinkle with olive oil.
- Bakein oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
- While the bread dip sticks are baking, spread the slices of bread with butter.
- Spray muffin tray with spray and cook and press slices of bread into pan.
- Baketogether with bread sticks in oven for about 10 minutes, or until slightly brown on edges - remove muffin tray from oven - however, leave bacon sticks
- Break eggs into each of the bread bases, season to your liking and pop back into the oven for a further 10 minutes, or until done to your liking.
- Remove egg and bread \cups\ from the muffin tin, arrange with the bacon wrapped bread sticks on a serving plate and serve.
